Lab Havoc puts players in a lab that looks normal on the outside but is incredibly unstable on the inside. Machines are everywhere, wires are tangled, and a slight touch can trigger a chain reaction. The game doesn't follow the typical monster-slaying style; instead, it focuses on creating as much chaos as possible in each level.
The best part is that each playthrough feels different. Sometimes you meticulously plan but still fail, other times you randomly accomplish the goal.
The game doesn't offer many tutorials. You have to observe and experiment to understand the mechanics.
At first, it can be a bit confusing because you don't know what to do first. But after playing a few levels, you'll get used to the rhythm. The most fun feeling is when you accidentally trigger a long chain reaction, and everything explodes or collapses continuously.
Some levels seem simple but take a long time to complete. Conversely, some levels can be solved very quickly just by touching the right spot.
Lab Havoc isn't an overly complex game, but it keeps players trying it again and again without getting bored. If you enjoy free-form gameplay and like seeing things fall apart in your own way, then this game is quite suitable.
