Robber Run – An Escape with No Room for Mistakes

When I first saw the promotional images, I thought Robber Run was just another endless runner game like many others on browsers. The character runs forward, dodging obstacles and collecting items. But when I started playing, the pace of the game was faster than I expected.

Players take on the role of a thief trying to escape after completing a heist. There's always a pursuer behind, and a series of obstacles appear constantly ahead. 

What made me play more times was the desire to break my previous record. Each failure was usually only a few meters away from the previous record. This created the motivation to play again.

How to Play Robber Run

The controls are quite simple, so beginners can get used to them very quickly.

• Avoid collisions with obstacles.
• Collect items that appear in the game.
• Run as far as possible to score high points.

The character's speed will gradually increase over time. The further you go, the shorter the reaction time becomes.

What makes Robber Run appealing

Many endless runner games often make players feel repetitive after a short time. Robber Run somewhat mitigates this by constantly changing the location of obstacles and situations that appear on the running path.

Sometimes you have to jump over multiple obstacles in quick succession. Other times, you need to change direction quickly to avoid collisions. Everything happens quite rapidly, making it difficult to feel bored.

In addition, the simple graphic style makes it easy for players to observe objects on the screen. This is an important factor for a game that requires quick reflexes.

If you're just starting, don't focus too much on the score. Get used to the character's speed first.

Additionally, it's advisable to look a little further ahead instead of just at what's directly in front of the character. This helps identify obstacles earlier and gives you more time to react.

After a few rounds, players usually get used to the pace and significantly improve their performance.

Robber Run isn't a complicated game. However, that very simplicity is its strength. Players can start immediately without needing to learn too many rules or special mechanics.
